Good rooms, great staff, solid and quiet. Clean, well laid out room, comfortable bed, plenty of coffee. Real refrigerator allowed me to stow my cooler contents and refreeze the cold packs. Plenty of channels available through the cable package. Temp was easy to control (radiator) but I can see where cooling the room in the heart of summer might be tough (no ac).

Great service! They were very accommodating for giving us an early check in and late check out! The room was awesome and very relaxing! It was a much needed retreat from a stressful morning and day at SeaTac airport! The staff was super!

Pleasant front desk staff and housekeepers. Rooms are comfortable and affordable. Warm during the day with no AC but temperatures tend to cool at night for me to sleep comfortably.

Not the most luxurious place. However. The staff was so very kind to fix and accommodate you in any way they could. I do think they need help on their staff. While I was there, a couple people had called out, on a Sunday, leaving one sweet lady to clean all the rooms by herself. Leaving frustrated clients to wait for rooms ready for check-in. Thank you also for volunteering to help us carry our 100 lb bags up a flight of stairs. Luckily, as there are never elevators at a lot of Gateway Inn’s, there were kind male guests that carried our luggage, as if it were nothing, to our room. A kind thank you to everyone that helped accommodate us during our stay.

The best NGIS I have been. A friendly staff, a nice bed, a kitchen set up, nature-friendly surroundings, and location make it a solid hotel at a great price. I stayed at Hyatt the week before I stayed here. Considering 1/3 of the price, this NGIS provides a better value than Hyatt. I really like this one.

Pauline at the front desk was a life saver! She helped us tremendously with our reservation. The room was clean, house keeping came everyday to replenish our stuff and take dirty towels. Pet friendly room was great with laminate floors and enough space for our dogs kennel. The only small issue was the pet friendly room we were in is right next to the outside door so if your dog is sensitive to noise it’ll be hectic. The guest laundry was clean and easy to use, they have tables and computers if you need to use them, theres a keurig in the room so we bought our own coffee preferences at the NEX and got to use that everyday. Overall we had a great 10 day stay and definitely would stay again.

Pleasantly surpised at how nice the accommodations were for my first on base lodging experience. The only hiccup was their credit card reader would not accept one of my credit cards despite it being valid. Other guests were having issues with their room access cards but they were all helped by a very courteous and helpful staff.
